Horuce tipy na cokoladu na nedelny podvecer / Hot tips for chocolate for Sunday's evenings


Cokolada s matou priepornou a s pomarancom / Chocolate with peppermint and orange

Pre 4 osoby ( menej nez 20 minut )/ For 4 persons ( less than 20 minutes )

- nizkotucne mlieko /  fat - low milk
- 100 g cokolady / 100 g chocolate
- 20 kvapiek matoveho oleja / 20 drops of peppermint oil
- 8 lyzic smotany / 8 tablespoons heavy cream
- 8 cajovych lyziciek vanilkoveho extraktu / 8 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 lyzice struhanej pomarancovej kory / 4 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 40 g struhanej horkej cokolady / 40 g of dark chocolate

Zohrejeme mlieko, pomaly topime cokoladu a pridame matovy olej.
Nalejeme do misticiek, ozdobime vanilkovym extraktom a postruhanym pomarancom. :)

Heat the milk , add the dark chocolate and then peppermint oil.
We give the chocolate to the mug and add vanilla extract and grated orange peel on the top.

Horuca cokolada s cili / Hot chocolate with chilli

Pre 4 osoby / For 4 persons

- 1 vanilkovy lusk / 1 vanilla pod
- 1 l odstredeneho mlieka / 1 l of skrimmed milk
- 3 lyzice kakaoveho praska / 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 lyzicka cervenej chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli
- 1/2 dl medu 1/2 dl honey
- 1 lyzicka kukuricneho skrobu / 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 lyzice vody / 2 tablespoons of water
- 150 g horkej cokolady (70% kakaa ) / 150 g dark chocolate

 Z vanilkoveho struku vyskriabeme semena a tie pridame do mlieka, cokolady, cili, med a privedieme do varu.
Potom do kremu pridame vodu, kukuricny skrob a dusime pol minuty.

Have vanilla pod with milk, chocolate, chilli, honey and heat it to boiling point. Then we add water, corn starch and simmer about half an minute.
